2. Terms Governing Paid Services

2.1 Service Description
Company provides donor growth services including strategy, landing page development, content creation, campaign management, and ad spend management.

2.2 Billing and Payment Terms
Service fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified. In addition to your monthly service fee, a management fee based on your ad spend (20%, 15%, or 10%, depending on your selected plan) is billed separately at the start of each new billing cycle.

All payments are due upon receipt. In the event of non-payment, Company may suspend or terminate services until payment is received. All service fees and management fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, any outstanding fees, including accrued ad management fees, are immediately due.

2.3 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services at any time with written notice. Cancellation does not relieve you of your obligation to pay fees for services rendered or ad management fees accrued before cancellation.

2.4 No Guarantee of Results
Company provides marketing and fundraising support services but does not guarantee specific outcomes, donation amounts, or donor numbers. Actual results may vary.

3. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Use of the Site and Services is at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Company's total liability to you for any claims relating to the Services shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US $50).

5. Termination

Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services for any violation of these Terms. Provisions relating to ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitation of liability survive termination.
